1. Booking and Payment
To secure your spot, register on the Expert Education website and receive the exclusive payment link for the trip.
Your registration will only be confirmed after full payment of AU$179.00 per person.
After confirmation, our team will send tips, updates, and all necessary information up until the travel date.

Payment
Reservation will only be confirmed after full payment of AU$179.00.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation up to 7 days before the trip: 25% refund.
Cancellation within less than 7 days: no refund.
We recommend checking specific conditions at the time of registration.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended.
If you choose not to purchase it, you assume full responsibility for any accidents, losses, or personal damages.
Medical Conditions
Participants must inform the team of any relevant medical condition, allergies, or mobility restrictions.
Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women or people with reduced mobility.
Safety
All activities will be guided by professional staff and support team.
It is mandatory to follow the team’s instructions throughout the trip.
